1/4 cup milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1/3 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup flour.
Sugar-free maple syrup (optional).
Non-stick cooking spray (optional).
1- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
2- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix again until combined.
3- Turn on the waffle iron and wait for it to become hot. Spray it with a non-stick spray if needed, then add a scoop of the waffle batter.
4- Cook for 4-10 minutes or until golden brown.
5- Cook the rest of the waffles and put them on a plate.
6- Add some sugar-free maple syrup and enjoy!
