Cutting board.
Knife.
A pot.
Measuring cups.
Measuring spoons.
Silicon or wooden spatula.
Stand or hand mixer.
Colander.
Potato masher.
2 large bowls
Skillet
Flipping spatula.
Instructions:
1- Put the brown rice and water in a pot on medium heat, cover it, and cook it for 20-30 minutes or until the water dries.
2- Put the onion on the cutting board and dice it into tiny pieces, put it in a skillet with some oil on low heat, and cook until caramelized.
3- Wash and drain the black beans, then mash them in a bowl with a potato masher until it looks like a paste.
4- In a large bowl, put the brown rice, bread crumbs, oil, onion, beans, BBQ sauce, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, barbecue spices, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
5- Mix for 5-10 minutes or until fully incorporated.
6- Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to scoop out the mixture, roll it into a ball, then flatten it out until it looks like a patty. Continue doing it until you have 4 patties.

8- Take out the bread, then add in the patty. Cook for 3 minutes or until the bottom is brown, flip it with a flipping spatula, and cook for 3 more minutes until brown.
