Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
2 teaspoons sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 and 1/5 teaspoons yeast.
1 cup and 3 tablespoons water.
Utensils:
Small bowl.
Large bowl.
Stand or hand mixer (optional).
Measuring cups.
Measuring spoons.
Instructions:
1- In a small bowl, mix the water, yeast, and sugar. Leave aside for 10-15 minutes or until foamy.
2- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Pour half of the wet ingredients and mix for 5 minutes.
3- Pour the rest of the wet ingredients and continue mixing for 5 minutes or until the dough is incorporated.
4- Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for at least an hour.
5- After the dough has risen, knead it for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
