Healthy Steak Tacos



Ingredients:

  • Lettuce.

  • 1 avocado.

  • Sliced tenderloin steak (about 500 grams).

  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning.

  • 2 medium-sized whole wheat tortillas.

  • Any sauce of your choice.

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you prefer).




Utensils:

  • Colander.

  • Cutting board.

  • Knife.

  • Medium-sized bowl.

  • Large skillet.

  • Spatula.

  • Tongs.

  • Serving plate.



Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the lettuce in a colander.

  2. On a cutting board, shred the lettuce using a knife.

  3. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed, then cut it into slices.

  4. Put the steak slices in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cajun seasoning and mix.

  5. Put the skillet on medium heat and put the tortillas in for 1-3 minutes on each side.

  6. Take out the tortillas and add the steak in (don't add oil because the fat in the steak is enough).

  7. Cook the steak for 8-12 minutes while stirring it with a spatula until fully cooked.

  8. In a serving plate, put the tortillas. Add the lettuce, steak, avocado, sauce, and cheese. Enjoy!
