Healthy Steak Tacos
Sliced tenderloin steak (about 500 grams).
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning.
2 medium-sized whole wheat tortillas.
Any sauce of your choice.
Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you prefer).
Wash and dry the lettuce in a colander.
On a cutting board, shred the lettuce using a knife.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed, then cut it into slices.
Put the steak slices in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cajun seasoning and mix.
Put the skillet on medium heat and put the tortillas in for 1-3 minutes on each side.
Take out the tortillas and add the steak in (don't add oil because the fat in the steak is enough).
Cook the steak for 8-12 minutes while stirring it with a spatula until fully cooked.
In a serving plate, put the tortillas. Add the lettuce, steak, avocado, sauce, and cheese. Enjoy!
