Fudge Balls

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder.

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk.


Utensils:

  • A medium-sized bowl.

  • A saucepan.

  • Measuring cups.

  • A wooden or silicone spatula.

  • A square oven pan.

  • Plastic wrap.


Instructions:

1- Put the condensed milk in a saucepan and let it heat for 5 minutes while mixing it continuously.

2- Pour the condensed milk in a bowl and sift 1/4 of the cocoa powder in.

3- Mix it, then sift another 1/4 into the bowl and mix again.

4- Sift in the rest of the cocoa powder and continue mixing until it becomes a very thick paste.

5- Put the plastic wrap on the square pan and spread the mixture until it’s flat.

6- Sprinkle extra cocoa powder if it’s sticky, then put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

7- After it’s done chilling, take it out the pan and put it on a flat surface with some cocoa powder on it to prevent sticking.

8- Take off the plastic wrap and sprinkle more cocoa powder on it.

9- Cut it into small squares and roll them into balls.

10- Cover the balls with some more cocoa powder and tap off the excess.

11- Store them in the fridge and enjoy!
