2 tablespoons of milk.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
2 tablespoons sugar.
1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
Oil or non-stick spray (optional).
Maple syrup (optional).
Measuring spoons & cups.
Hand or stand mixer.
Skillet or pan.
Start by separating the egg yolks and egg whites into 2 bowls. Put the egg whites in the small bowl and the yolks in the medium-sized bowl.
Add the milk, vanilla, and flour then mix until combined.
Mix the sugar with the egg whites then mix using a hand or stand mixer until it turns into stiff peaks.
Add the egg whites into the batter and fold gently until combined.
Put the pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Scoop the batter into circles and cook until the top is bubbly and the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
Place the pancakes on a serving plate and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
