Cucumber Shrimp Bites


For the shrimp and cucumber bites:

  • 3 cucumbers.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.

  • 1 teaspoon oil (olive, canola, avocado, etc.)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

For the pesto sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese.

  • 3 teaspoons pesto.

For the remoulade sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.

  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.

  • 1 teaspoon mustard.

  • Half a lemon.

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce.

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.


  • 2 small bowls.

  • 3 spoons (for mixing).

  • Cutting board.

  • Knife.

  • Colander.

  • Medium-sized bowl.

  • Medium-sized pan or skillet.

  • Tongs.

  • Serving plate.


  1. In a small bowl mix together the remoulade sauce ingredients using a spoon, set on the side.

  2. Mix the pesto sauce ingredients in a small bowl using a spoon and set aside.

  3. Wash and cut the cucumbers into thick slices, set aside.

  4. Put the shrimp in the colander then wash and dry it.

  5. In a medium-sized bowl, add the shrimp. Then add the oil and mix.

  6. Add the black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika and mix.

  7. Put the pan or skillet on medium heat and add the shrimp.

  8. Cook on each side for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown, then set aside until it cools.

  9. In a serving plate, start assembling by placing the cucumber slices on the plate then spreading the pesto sauce.

  10. Finally, add the shrimps and remoulade sauce on top. Enjoy!
