Chocolate Banana Bread
1 cup oats.
3 ripe bananas.
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey.
1 large tablespoon chocolate spread or chocolate peanut butter.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon oil or non-stick spray.
Chocolate chips (optional).
Banana bread pan.
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius (250 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a blender, add the oats and blend for 3 minutes or until it becomes a powder.
Add the maple syrup/honey, bananas, chocolate spread, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda.
Blend for 5-8 and scrape off the sides using a spatula halfway through. Then continue blending until incorporated.
Brush the pan with oil or spray with a non-stick spray.
Pour the batter into the pan, then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Put it in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until the top is browned.
Take it out of the oven and insert a toothpick in the middle. If the toothpick is not clean then put in the oven for an extra 10 minutes.
Cut it into slices and enjoy!
