Chicken Lettuce Wraps
5 or 6 sliced lettuce sides.
1 tablespoon sesame or olive oil.
3 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce.
3 boneless chicken breasts.
1/2 teaspoon canola oil.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Large pan or skillet.
Wash the lettuce in a colander then dry it.
In a small bowl, mix the sesame/olive oil, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce using a small spoon.
Cut the chicken on a cutting board into small pieces.
Put the pan on low heat then add the oil and chicken.
Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken turns white.
Add the sauce and brown sugar then mix with a spatula and cook for an extra 5-10 minutes.
Place the lettuce on a serving plate and add the chicken. Enjoy!
