French Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk.

  • 1/3 cup flour.

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar.

  • 1 egg.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

  • Nutella (optional).


Utensils:

  • Medium-sized bowl.

  • Measuring cups.

  • Measuring spoons.

  • Whisk.

  • A big flat pan.

  • Flipping spatula.

  • A crepe spreader (optional).


Instructions:

1- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the milk, sugar, egg, and vanilla.

2- Add the flour and mix again until smooth.

3- Put the pan on medium-high heat and put some butter or nonstick spray.

4- Put some of the batter and spread it using a spoon or a crepe spreader.

5- Cook it for 3-5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.

6- Flip the crepe and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

7- Add Nutella (optional) and enjoy!
