Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of toast (or any bread you like).

  • 1 avocado.

  • 2 eggs.

  • Salt & pepper.

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika.

  • Half a lemon.


Utensils:

  • A small bowl.

  • A skillet.

  • Cutting board.

  • A knife.

  • Egg mold (optional).

  • A fork.

  • A spoon.

  • Flipping spatula.


Instructions:

1- Wash the avocado, then put it on the cutting board and cut it in half.

2- To take out the seed, and put the avocado in a bowl.

3- Mash the avocado with a fork, then add the lemon and paprika and mix it.

4- Put the bread in a toaster for about 2-3 minutes.

5- Put a skillet on medium heat and add some oil.

6- If you’re using an egg mold, put it on the skillet and crack an egg into it. After the egg white becomes a little firm, take out the egg mold.

7- If you’re not using an egg mold, crack an egg into the skillet and leave it to cook.

8- Once the bottom becomes golden brown, flip the egg using the spatula and turn off the heat.

9- Put the toast on a serving plate and spread the avocado on it, then put the eggs on top of it.

10- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and enjoy!
