Baked Sweet Potato Fries

For the fries:
1 sweet potato.
1/2 teaspoon olive oil (optional).
1/2 teaspoon pepper.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
4 or 5 cups of water.
For the sauce:
4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
1 teaspoon ketchup.
1 teaspoon BBQ sauce.
2 small bowls.
Medium-sized oven pan.
1- Wash and scrub the sweet potato, then peel off the skin using a potato peeler.
2- Put the water in a medium-sized pot until it boils, then put in the potato (If the potato is too big, cut it in half).
3- Let the potatoes cook for 15 minutes or until soft on the inside.
4- Take the potatoes out and put them on the cutting board.
5- Cut the potatoes into slices (as thick or thin as you want).
6- Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius (302 degrees Fahrenheit).
7- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
8-Put the oil (or spray some non-stick spray) in a medium-sized oven pan.
9- Place the potato slices on the pan and keep them about 1/2 an inch apart.
10- Sprinkle the spices on the potato slices until fully covered.
11- Put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
12- To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl.
13- Take the potatoes out of the oven. Put them on a serving plate and enjoy!
